About Sparrow

Sparrow Condominiums has been a Gainesville, Florida landmark since 1972, when the clubhouse, swimming pool and first residential buildings were built. Eventually the completed complex totaled 158 individual residences in 16 buildings, from one bedroom lofts (823 sq. ft.) to two- and three-bedroom condos and townhouses as large as 1449 sq. ft. Sparrow lies in a heavily wooded parcel on Tower Road, roughly 1 mile South of Newberry Road and Interstate I-75.
